We want you to love your scarf, but if it's not quite right, you can return the eligible items easily. 

• Scarves sold at a discount or on clearance are non-refundable.

• Customers must return items within 30 days of purchase.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

• If the customer cannot provide proof of purchase, a refund might be denied.

​Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receipt or posting.

We will send you an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

​Exchange

​

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different scarf:

• Return the scarf you don’t want following our returns process.

• Place a new order for the scarf you would like.
