Product Information
We take every effort to describe and display our products accurately. However, due to the natural qualities of pashmina, cashmere, and wool, and variations in devices or lighting, slight differences in colour, texture, or weave may occur.
Product descriptions and photos are provided as a close representation. Due to the natural materials and artisan process, minor variations may occur and do not constitute a defect or misrepresentation.
Price & Payments
-
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable UK taxes, unless otherwise stated.
-
We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
-
Payment must be made in full at the time of order through secure payment gateways.
-
Lhotse Looms reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. Orders are processed within 2–3 working days after payment confirmation.

As a growing business, we appreciate your patience as we work towards expanding international shipping.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your scarf. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
